Welcome to Pathagonia! Our channel is dedicated to bringing you easy-to-understand information about the inner workings of your body! We love understanding and teaching the “why” of disease, as this is what Pathology is at its core. We are like cellular engineers in a way: once we understand the physiology, molecular, and normal pathways of the body, we can study them when they go wrong.
Our aim is to make pathology accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or prior knowledge. We believe that understanding the basics of pathology can empower individuals to make informed decisions about their own and their patients’ health.
Our videos cover a wide range of topics, from the structure and function of different organs to the various diseases that can affect them.
So if you're interested in learning more about how your body works and the diseases that can affect it, subscribe to Pathagonia today and join our community of curious and informed individuals!
Le agradezco sinceramente por compartir sus conocimientos. Su presentación fue muy representativa y las fotos resultaron altamente didácticas, saludos.
Sorry I have a question. So both low grade and high grade papillary carcinoma can either be in situ (non-invasive) or invasive, right? Depending on the depth of lesion if it has passed the lamina propria?
No need to apologize. Thank you for asking because I get confused on that too. Yes, both low grade and high grade can either be non invasive or invasive. High grade being more often invasive than low grade. Hope this helps! 😃
Yep, thank you for bringing this up. We have stopped adding background music but in our older videos like this it is still there. Thank you for you support!
Sarah from South Africa. Studying for my boards with a small baby... difficult to read during the hours putting her to sleep etc .This resource has been wonderful for getting info into my head while my hands aren't free. Just want to say thanks from a busy mom/resident. Love listening to these and what you have added to Kurt's notes. The upbeat but gentle background music does something good for exam anxiety too!
Hi Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to comment. We appreciate your supports and thanks for making our day and encouraging us to make more videos. 🙏🏼🤓. We wish you the best with your studies and parenting! ❤
