I found myself to becoming a little too big for long range bike rides. I have over 120 KG of muscle. Im pretty sure that soon i will be taking a taxi everywhere. Not as slim as i used to be in my younger days. Long bike rides make me numb.
Sanayan lang yan. Practie pa more sa pagbenkong sa lusong. Just wear ur helmet, closed gloves, motorcycle body armor, wrist/elbow/knee pads. Try NOT to build too much momentum on ur descent.
