Why should you support the channel? 1. So I can afford to cover more games. 2. So I can upgrade the channel's gear to deliver higher-quality videos in less time.

dude when i changed it from dx11 to dx12 with the raytracing and put on the asynchronous compute it felt so smooth and looked so good with dlss quality thanks so much man
yes the game does not scale too much. When I change the preset from Ultra to medium, I get just few % of performance :) Still, it depends on the scene, so using the optimized settings is beneficial. Its similar to Remnant 2 where the Ultra to medium preset gets me like 5% fps and thus any optimization is just not worth it. Also depends on a system I guess. I have 5800x3d + 3080
Great thanks! I have normal 3600 with 6750xt and so far it runs great but with FSR2.Btw he game should come with fsr 3 no? I saw an advertisement on amd site before and Space Marine 2 was there in the upcoming titles. And still no FSR3.
When I use 21:9 aspect ratio on my 1080p 16:9 monitor it understandably leaves black bars above and below. Is there a way to perhaps remove those or atleast make them less noticeable? Great video btw, love the work!
just wanted to say after a year of watching your content and other utubers content on optimization, that you ARE the best. Thats for sure. I used to test all these settings for myself, but now Im 42 and dont want to do that anymore, time gets precious. Good content, respect!
The new gen console version of NBA 2K25 on PC has been released for the first time this week, and it seems to be very poorly optimized. It would be good if you made a video since the community doesn't seem to have people who understand how to make videos about performance and they just complain without having any knowledge.
@@UnclePablo2201 3080. It was hovering at 70% usage so I was guessing something was up cpu wise but I’ve never had issues with my cpu even in stress test benchmarks to test temps.
this game is very heavily cpu centred. A lot of people are finding their fps isnt affected by any graphical settings, try turning cloth effects and effects to low as they both affect cpu usage
@@stealthhunter6998 I’ve got an RTX 4070 & i513400F I have everything on high except the only two CPU affected settings on low, those being effects & cloth effects. And In nvidia control panel I turned by latency mode to ultra & my power utilisation to maximum for space marine 2. Significantly better. Try that
yeah even 1440p quality looks like ass, I wasnt sure if its some depth of field effect, but nah, its just blurry mess. I think reshade with sharpening will have to solve it for now. Or maybe some ini tweaks
DLSS looks too blurry even when compared to FSR... We can't swap the dlss file or tweak it, because the game has EAC and it disables DLSS completely if you touch the files. NIS doesn't work all the time but also applies sharpness to everything (UI, text elements etc.) ... After seeing the TAA at native, I can't go back to DLSS. But without DLSS performance is all over the place. They need to fix this !
thank you so much! gave me some fps but not even close to as much as other people got. i got an increase from 45fps to like 70fps. i mean it is very much better, but its weird other people are getting a lot more fps. but still, thank you so much for giving us the optimized settings!!
