@@ademanster oh i got ya. Mine popped and banged like that right as it lifted the head and torched the gasket On stock headbolts. Switched to arp studs finally, and it hasn't lifted since on the same fuel and 32-34psi

@@ademanster 25 min after having a reinforced 5 speed (welded diff pin) installed a guy in a chevy 1500 rear ended me going 60 mph while i was stopped making a left turn waiting for oncoming traffic. car was essentially stomped like a tin can, and i barely made it out. these cars are rarer than ever now.

I have a 89 and a 92 GT both with a lot of mods and tuned well that 2.2 engine is a fuckn beast and they are both 11 second cars I will never get rid of them. So Fuckin fun a blast to drive

I'm thinking the X3 M40i is the overall winner. You can make X3M power and still get over 32MPG on the freeway and over 500 miles to a tank of gas. The X3M gets 19mpg, a lot worse, but it's more fun to drive.
