Thank you for your review! We will be there in August. I am very excited. May I ask if you had any digestive problems with the food? As I am sure Tunesia does have other "cleanliness" standards than we do. We once booked Egypt and were told "peel it, boil it, cook it or forget it".
We never had any problems regarding the food. The food is amazing and you can see the chefs cooking the food, We hope you have a wonderful time. If we could afford it we would go back every month it's that good. We don't usually visit the same hotel twice but in this hotel we have, The staff goes above and beyond to help so if there is anything you need please don't be afraid to ask. Hello! Love the video. It’s really helpful. I wondered if you could help me. Do you know if the indoor pool can be used for free or do you have to pay to use the spa for access? Also, do you know of any age restriction as I’d love to take my 13 year old daughter there. Lastly, is it chlorine or salt water? Many thanks! We go in October so want somewhere with an indoor pool incase of bad weather. Thanks again x
Thank you for watching we really appreciate it .. and to use the indoor swimming pool thats free inside the gym but i think that is chlorine..there is a fee to use the spa but yes i am sure you can take your daughter in and the spa pool is salt water.

Hi, I contacted them in advance by email on two occasions to try & request a room with a sea view. My booking is a double room but does not give any details as to whether it has a sea view. Would it be better to call the hotel instead as i have had no reply by email. I was also informed by the holiday booking agent that they do not respond to enquiries/that are not directly booked through the hotel itself. I think this is quite ridiculous to be honest.

Did you feel like you missed out by not doing all inclusive or was it okay mate? Looking at booking a last minute holiday lol £240 difference from half board
If you like your alcohol maybe you will feel like your missing out. There is drinks at breakfast and dinner but only juice tea and coffee at breakfast and only tea and coffee in the evening meal.But you can get tea and coffee out of the machine in the bar area any time of the day. if you like your soft drinks like coke and sprite you will pay about £1 per glass. Hi, I’m visiting this hotel in Nov and was hoping you could tell me how far the airport is from the hotel? We are not all inclusive and half board only. Our flight is from 6.20 Man and I think we land at 10:50am as I am travelling with my 3 years old I need to know where I need to feed her? Your videos are really good thanks v much for sharing
the hotel is about 50 mins by coach, if you have not got a coach download the BOLT app its around 80 Dinar and local taxi's will chare you 125 Dinar.. in respects to food the resturant at the hotel will start at 1230 but there is a shop at the hotel for snacks. you are more than welcome and yes if you take english money to the hotel they will exchange it to tunisian Dinar but they are not able to transfer any back to GBP. if you have any left you will need to change them back at the airport, or maybe leave some tips to the team as they all work so hard, Thank you so much for watching we really appreciate it.
