Fairly tough. (I’m quite strong.) They can also be combined. Bought them year ago and then yellow was bit too hard for sets or could do just few reps with yellows. Train with these once a week. I train also conventional grip strength so these were addition to that.

Do you think they work for people with carpal tunnel? I hope they can reverse that because they're in a lot of pain after doing menial tasks.

Here: ironmind.com/product-info/ironmind-grip-tools/Expand-Your-Hand-Bands/ it says “Prevent, eliminate or reduce pain from tennis or golfer's elbow, tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and related forms of overuse and abuse.” So maybe/likely. I’ve never had hand issues. I’m using them for strength purposes only. When I start the exercise with them I always do warm up sets with white and green bands. (Warming up is very important.)
These have made my wrists incredibly thick and added a little muscle to my hands and forearms aswell. When i started years ago i worked with a yellow, now i use a red and white combined. These are bullet proofed my wrists for when i hit the heavy bag.

Might. 1 rep maxes are always dangerous and don't serve other purpose than being able to say having #lifted that. Also, I find #deadlifting with #hex-#bar easier. But I have #long femurs, I'm 191 #tall and don't have #long #arms for my #size. With a #standard/#normal bar I can do the #sumo, but not #conventional #properly, because of long femur + short arms. And #goal is to be #strong → more dangerous so, what #shape the bar is not #important, right? And that is not so much #weight for my size. #Topathlete of my size #benches the same weight.
