This is all advance fee fraud (or ‘419’) and sooner or later, we will be asked to send a fee, usually by instant money transfer, or bank transfer. If we send it, there will be another, and another, until we run out of money. Innocent people are ruined. Tragically, some victims have ended their lives.
ScamBaiting serves a useful purpose by tying up Scammers for months, even years, during which time their opportunities to find real victims are diminished.
