okay ill tell you right now i've done similar stuff there just isn't enough power in a single 9v to get that wire red hot over and over and over impossible! yeah yeah batteries connected to a switch but its always got current flowing through it idk something isn't right with this picture! something is being concealed from the viewer! Nah i call BS on this one man no way that little thing is getting that metal red hot over and over try it yourself with a 9V battery you'll soon discover that this is real!
/impressive but i have my doubts about the batteries ability to actually ignite the potassium perchlorate in the matches as electric ignition maybe achieved once or twice with this 9V battery before its useless and if you increase distance between power source and ignition this reduces its efficiency. i tried similar stuff with 9v and it just doesn't work! also its kinda dumb to put your limbs under a what is essentially a controlled explosion
From experience, I would NOT GO LARGER THAN A 1 LB COFFEE CONTAINER. When the mixture is really good, it can be a REALLY TERRIFIC. this stuff is dangerous.
using a oxy acetyline torch. It is said not to exceed 15 psi. it can self ignite, blowing apart the torch and remove your hand. thats why the gage for the acetyline only goes up to 15 psi. The tank has acetone init to stabilise the stuff.
and what do you do when the battery runs out? duohhhhh!!!!, next time use a battery holder that way you can simply exchange it without the headache of having to remake it and you got less wires to solder and you can always use a rechargeable battery or make it so you can recharge it in the holder
first time i ever see anyone gluing (or hot glue)wires to battery terminals lol, maybe because it usually never works, you got lucky the metals stayed in contact while the glue set
Put the powder and then put tissue and the projectile then put agian a tissue it's should have a load bang and a recoil btw you need to reinforce it so it will not blow away
