I have a question.. This housing is designated for students of the University of British Columbia... This means that it is affiliated with the University of British Columbia... Or is it housing outside the university that has nothing to do with the university?

If you live in a dorm with a kitchenette, is there a dining hall in your residence also? Cooking all 3 meals each day would be very time consuming so it's nice to get some ready made food in a dining hall also. Can students who live in a dorm with a kitchenette also purchase a meal plan?
There are no dining halls in upper year residences, only in first year res. However, there are food options around each res like mercante, harvest, tims and so on. As for the meal plan, anyone can get it but more so are used for first years who don’t have kitchens.
I know this is old but I personally don’t like training them on pee pads because it can make them think that they are allowed to pee inside as well. I hope this worked well for you though!
