Hello Jaran! I am interested in buying property with one acre. Was looking at Grandview states near Forney. Was wondering if you can build a guest home on the acre?
@@MovingToDallasTexas I moved to Rockwall (which is getting super crowded as well) Lived in Forney from 2000-2017 (Its my hometown!) I was there before they even had a movie theater.
Why in the heck would ANYONE want to live in Texas when there is NO reliable electricity and women cannot receive reliable reproductive care??? Didn't Forney Homes get the memo???
The taxes with MUD & PID are around 3%.... So a 500k cost home is really the same monthly payment of a 700k home in Frisco with a 1.6% county tax with no MUD or PID.
Definitely worth that price but bruh slow down and stop the talking (respectfully) kitchen sells homes and i didn’t see the pantry the island to well sheesh.. im trying to decide on Houston or Dallas lol well guess gotta make appointments ill be in contact in a few weeks

I miss Texas can’t wait to move back. I was last in forney back in March 2023 a lot of building is crazy. You have so many options in housing. I just wish they could work on 80 quicker. They have a lot of new food options.
@@MovingToDallasTexas Orlando, Florida but trying to move back to Texas this year. I like forney a lot but the job might be in Fort Worth I was looking at argyle the community is the harvest. I Like the masterplan communities with all the amenities since I always have family over.
