"Heart" blew me away. Jade Anouka's storytelling hit me right in the feels - it's raw and real. And Grace Savage's beatboxing? Mind-blowing. The whole experience made me feel seen, like I wasn't alone in my struggles. If you've ever felt like a misfit, this play is your anthem.
Watching this trailer stopped me in my tracks - ALL the mental health challenges expressed - I have experienced. Up until becoming unwell I would never have considered going to see anything related to mental health, well watching this has changed my mind I believe in a very positive way. DOH!
