Hola Jerrys Productions, Necesito de tu ayuda, Compre un auto ya ya viene con ese tipo de luces, y en pocas palabras nose como conectarme por Bluetooth, ya intente, y no se si hay algún procedimiento para poder conectar con mi celular y cambiar los colores.
If that doesn’t work take off the Fuse and check if it’s good. Replace if needed. Another thing you can check is if your on a preset you have customized. You have about 8 presets saved you can use. Or you can just use option basic.
And lastly you can buy a 3 switch that controls the lights. I have one installed and it works like a charm I get to use 3 lights with 3 modes on switch for a preset. First switch strobe, secound bright light, third amber. You can customize to your likening. Cost if about 29 @ AutoZone I recommend it. Using the app is handy for other uses. You can always contact customer service. They will help you
Got these and the Bluetooth model ketp disconnecting and caused the light to stay on and I would have to turn off and turn off Bluetooth so I just returned them instead of having to constantly deal with it

No they will automatically turn off if detected low battery voltage. They also have a 3 switch that you can have 3 different modes very useful example one switch controls strobe mode preset and the other two control different color or white mode. They sell it separately. I haven’t had any problems with the lights 3 years and they work fine I have 6 lights and they don’t drain my battery. You shouldn’t have any problems
@@money58610 I bought some but I haven’t installed them because it kinda sucks because you have to use your phone to control kinda like a inconvenience
The reason they won’t turn off is because you might of turned off the master button off first I suggest truning. Off the lights first in the app then the last step the master button in the app
But for your fast quick fix I suggest pulling the fuse off and then plugging it back in the fuse is located in the wire you installed that should do the trick leave the fuse out the wire harness for about 1 minute then plug it back in if you have any issues contact me
@@curtisclevenger8800 did you try to discount it from the battery or taking out the fuse will also turn it off then check if it fixes the problem if not let me know
@@money58610 I figured it out. The mount I built had it grounded and I put rubber under brackets now it’s just fine. But If I take metal and touch the bracket to the mount it turns on blue
markjkiser there is a option to buy only one mode they weren’t available but they are available now. If you tell me they could of fixed the remote but hey not my company but yeah they now have another light package 1 mode only
Thanks for the reply. My problem is, they’re still under warranty and I have sent them back once already. Now I have one that’s dead and can’t be charged. When I talked with them they offered to replace the bad one with on/off new style but what I’m I supposed to do, cycle 4 lights so they match the new one? And they threaten me with, “ you better hope you never have a warranty issue” because I posted a bad review just telling my experience with them and their product. With that being said, I wouldn’t trust them to do anything right by me.
I have not been able to find a way to have zone switch between two or more specific colors. Can you help me ans also how do I choose specific colors to shift between
Josiah Fernandez first you have to pick download the app Secound choose the off road button on the app Third choose the color you want if you want the color only option the top is color and bottom is white to take off the white light slide the switch in the app to off to the left side on your screen Fourth save your preset all depending what you choosen Fifth go back to the main menu and follow step 2 and choose the button option that says preset it will show all the saved presets you can save 10 max
Josiah Fernandez hope that helps if not I can try to explain it better you can also buy a switch type S switch it will work just like the app saved presets it a bit expensive but that’s also a option but you need to know how the app works first let me know if you figured out

javier sanchez only the bottom row or if you flip the the light the top etc only the leds that are not spot light can be colored and they are done in the app download the app and when the option to lower the White light turn it off and the color only will be on you can save it as a preset / meaning like a memory .
@@money58610 i have a 24" on my front bumper but when i try to do the strobe color one only it goes back to the regular 2 rows ,,and i bought 2 8 inch for my sport bar as well just need to install them
javier sanchez in that case you haven’t saved to preset save the color you desire and then go back and it should work at first they both light up trun down the white brightness that says in the app then save it and then choose your color on the bottom color brightness in the app there’s also a switch module in case you like switches and not the app.

Jerrys Productions thanks for responding. Yes they came directly from the company. 1 of the lights has a “RATTLE” to it. And I didn’t get the adhesive strips for the amber lenses in my box either. They obviously sent me something used! Thanks for this video.
Jerrys Productions I’m calling them tomorrow. Today is Memorial Day so they’re closed. But I’m very disappointed with what I received. Hopefully they will make it right.
2 year update in my opinion still the best dash cams they read license plates very good love the zoom and they can be hardwired plus I suggest getting the option without zoom if you want to be protected on the side doors they have a very good viewing angle
I've had mine going on 8 months and love them. My truck is lifted with nice rims and tires but I think the cab lights are my best mod. I get comments all the time and people can't believe they are the drilled in or factory lights.

Puede ser que sea el fuse puedes aser le test con un meter a ese fuse con ohms / puede ser que sea la batteria las batterias duran como 5 años después de eso las batterias no pueden con luces cómo estás toman un poctio power para Bluetooth cuando el carro está apagado

También puedes ver que tu ground la negra wire este en una parte de el carro que no tenga pintura y que sea buena ground para que las luces puedan tener una buena connection con ground si está en la batteria puedes calar le si esa wire la pones a in bolt que sea metal aver si te ayuda
How far can these shine? I drive through forests at night, and my headlights have tints so can't see shit... but I did get one of these 8 inch type s. But have not installed it. Flexible enough to control quickly like lowering to low beams? Or gotta have your phone always ready with the app?
Samanosuke Akechi there more of a flood light pattern but but they will outperform any led headlight . And yes you have to have your phone when used one way I made it easy was to mount a magnet mount on my truck easy access to control the buttons just like a button but digital I mounted it on the side left window consol so it can alsmost function as a button but like I said digtal

SkidBits sorry for the late response but the fuse is included plus Bluetooth hob everything you need expect extension cords if you want more length I think the fuse is a 2 amp fuse I will have to check
Edwin Baez yes there Bluetooth. Bluetooth signal can reach from 100 feet or more that means you can trun them on at a away distance without getting into your car and off

Presumably you have to have it positioned below the rear view mirror , unlike using a front lens only dash cam can be mostly hidden behind the mirror ?
Richard Oram Sorry i didn’t understand your question can you be more specific are you saying that a two lens cam doesn’t work because dash cams have to be positioned below the rear view mirrior Note all angles on the videos are only with the ultra duo dash’s cams reason why I have them position on the back and front is because both are different one is wide angle lens and the other wide and zoomed
If your asking that two lens have to be positioned in the middle so it can reach the back on the unlike other cams you can positioned them hidden on the mirror yes your right . Ultra duo z2 has sleep mode so at night it won’t be a problem it can record continuous without bothering you with the screen light
