This thing sucks right out of the box reads HHH on all the screens and when it is reading says it's 300 degree at room temperature

The thermometer unit that you plug in the probe is not working there is a E on the center circle and keep blinking not transmitting temperature to the receiver how can I reset the small probe unit?
