My father, aged 19, was on sentry duty on Modlin bridge when the Nazis attacked Warsaw. The Nazis tried bombing the bridge but failed. After 2 years in a gulag, he was freed and joined Ander's army, eventually in Italy and Monte Casino. It was another 45 years before he could safely visit his beloved Poland again.

Crazy all of this was going on meanwhile my great grandma was in her cottage in the village like nothing happened. They got lucky but this was truly horrible and my grandpa still tells me stories when I call in Polish

Probably all of them dead few months after record of those shots just for being jewish which was something german invader didnt like. I saw even worse images in black and white but seeing this in color is just too much. Thanks for upload.
