Good morning, can any one help please. I am looking for an instructional video on how to replace the inlet valves on a cat pump 279 please. Or if anyone can tell me if the internal parts for the 279 are the same as what other model thank you so much
I have this same pump, my pressure washer was working then i heard a pop. I noticed the belt was smoking but mainly fully intact. Lost all pressure on pump. I noticed water leaking on bottom of pump where the plungers are exposed. Any ideas on what I could of messed up?

have cat 66dx40g1 didnt run for a year . wasnt building pressure . watched this helpful video . then tried switching seals around and machine worked . pressure pro 4000 psi thank you for video !!!
