Your fibroscan score was certainly an indication of liver inflammation and possible cirrhosis but the only accepted diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is through a liver biopsy. Congrats on changing your lifestyle and reducing your fibroscan score but the fact you were able to reduce your kpa score from 15.7 to 4.5 in one year is a strong indication that you were dealing with liver inflammation
I had normal LFTs with Ultrasound showing grade 1 fatty liver, but my fibroscan is 16.4 but my GI told it’s fibrosis and not the cirrosis and it’s reversible with medication, regular exercise and weight loss.
