Estoy en Huanuco / I am in Huanuco.... por otro lado en la primera indicas que eres de aquel lugar for instance; Soy de Huanuco / I am from Huanuco... podemos deducir que voy a utilizar el VERBO TO BE + FROM + Ciudades o paises.
