It doesn't has the links to download the pervious version of power BI. I wanted to download the 2023 December version but the link for it was not there
Is it possible to take snapshot of the graphs from power bi it need to trigger email and the snapshots need to be change dynamically every time it triggers all this can be done using power automate??
Not sure what you mean by this. You can set up paginated reports which sounds potentially the closest to sending out charts via email and things like that
Hello! It seems it is very good since you dont need to write a single line of code to automate it. But what if I know how to code and want to automate using code. Do you know a way to do it? Not the code, but where can I code to do it
You can peek at the code and tweak it even in Power Automate. But if you want to write code to automate things I’d suggest Python as there are a lot of funky stuff there you can explore
Hi, Thanks for the great tutorial. My only issue is that the date is shown in the alphabetical order. Instead of Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, it shows Fri, Mon, Sat, Sun, Thu, Tue, Wed. Is there a way to rearrange this order<
Szia.
The most important thing is to keep trying. It takes time to master both hard and soft skills. You can find lots of great tutorials online, but first make a decision on what career path (or role) sounds like you
Thanks for the video! What macbook are you using? Is it working perfectly? I want to go for a 24go macbook air but wondering if it would be enough for Power BI
It's good to know - especially if you try to spend lots of time fixing a problem that you won't be able to solve :) Thanks, unfortunately, I only noticed the sound quality after recording 2 videos in the new studio. I'm back to my default mic now, so new ones should be back to the regular quality 🤞
very nice. Do you have something where once we know the latest month for instance and have this month be selected by default on a slicer so instead of showing all the months we are only showing the filtered latest month. just subscribed! thanks for the videos!
You either use API connection to pick up the status of the dataset refresh (premium connector) or create a "last updated" measure and apply some logic (IFTTT) and set up an alert.
Hey, yes you can do that. There are a few options to do that. Either use "Add a row into a table" as an Excel connector OR use the "Add rows to dataset" as a Power BI Connector OR create a CSV file and combine with previously exported CSV files :)
Nice video thank you. I was hoping this trick would work for a Treemap to show the worst or lowest values in the top left. Unfortunately I could not make it work.
Absolutely! If it is just a total I’d suggest getting that total out of the table and put it into a card. Then generate the code following the video and it should be super easy :)
@@BILingualAnalytics I did it, works perfectly, I have the data coming from SQL, then totaling in a PowerBI visual, then automating via power automate from that visual to a SharePoint list, then back into the PowerBI dashboard!
