Really interesting video, enjoyed this chat. I feel I'm somewhere in the middle of floating through life/accepting things and manifesting. I've read a lot about the law of attraction and manifesting, but don't necessarily believe that I can think something to happen, if that makes sense. I think if it is meant for you it will be, its ok to accept and move on, and thinking positively is good. There are things I'd like to achieve in life, but I need to take steps to get there. I do believe in putting out good/ poitive things to the universe, but not that anything that happens is a reflection on you personally. Bit of a ramble, sorry. Very interested in the afterlife chat too!!
Happened to me and my daughter once at a petrol station, an old man putting petrol in whipped it out to readjust or something, we were speechless, Abbie was traumatised bless her. Also with your private adhd diagnosis ,if you can afford it why wouldn't you, in fact you helped someone that couldn't afford it because you took yourself off the NHS waiting list xx

Mikhila, before you said it, I thought that you are describing being an empath. You are taking on other people's feelings and they are affecting you. I do think that as we get older we become more honest with others and hopefully ourselves. We just don't want to deal with the bs anymore so when asked we'll tell you what we think.
I adore the L’Occitane almond shower oil, but man do I find it difficult to get in an out of the shower when I do use it. Turns my wet room into an ice rink
I feel you with the acne and trying to fight it even when you've solved it. My acne was on my face and I don't even want to know how much was spent in trying to solve it. The worst skincare products I used was the Body Shop's Vitamin E range! 😳😲 It just made everything worse. I then switched to their Seaweed range and it helped a lot to dry up my oily skin! Going to Kiehl's 7/8 years ago for a skin consultation changed everything. Once I had the right products, my skin cleared up completely. I also started using Skin + Me during the pandemic and that was the final product I needed to totally change the surface of my skin and give me the clear skin I'd always wanted 🥺 but yes, the fear never leaves you ❤❤ xoxo
I started using skin&me in 2020 to for my rosacea acne…..What a game changer! I use the same cleanser/moisturiser/spf - otherwise my skin throws a wobbler 🫣. I’ve just started using an LED mask and what a difference!

I believe the same as Emma regarding manistification, I think you should be careful what you watch, it seems to have made you overthink some things in your life.
@@MissBudgetBeauty I did watch all the video and I felt I agreed with Emma when she said she believes sone things happen for a reason. I don't agree you can manifest anything and I don't think it's healthy to think you can, either good or bad. It's only my opinion though and you are obviously welcome to yours. I do feel that watching sone things on RU-vid can be misleading and sometimes worrying, if it leads to people overthinking certain topics. I'm not sure that's healthy. But all that being said, I have watched your videos for years now and this is the only time I've felt that I wanted to comment, but it's just my view.
Maybe you weren’t listening in that case because we both agreed that we believe everything happens for a reason and that that feels like a comfort.. and the entire video was centred around the danger of the manifesting trend and more specifically that I don’t think you can make ANYTHING happen and don’t like that that’s being perpetuate to vulnerable people. It’s very misleading - which is why I think you misunderstood me.. because what you’re saying is what I said and why I chose the topic to discuss
Emma - I have a couple of experiences even though I don’t believe in ghosts that are weird. Seen 2 people in certain locations and could describe them completely. I was only 8 and had no idea someone of that description died in both those places (short version)
@@MissBudgetBeauty yeah I freaked my mum and gran out big time! Those two people died really tragic deaths so I do think there’s something there. I’ve read a scientific theory that really traumatic events maybe lead to echoes left over as time may not be totally linear
You read things like this is novels etc and I have always felt that these ideas MUST have come from experiences people had. It’s the same reason I think the bible was written in so many places at once.. these things did happen to people.. just not quite the way we’ve been told. Some supernatural stories have been generated in different forms in too many times to ignore for me
I don’t believe in things like this but interesting to hear about it. The darker side of it sounds dangerously like the old beliefs of people being disabled because they are bad/deserve it etc Some of it kinda reminds me of simulation theory
We’ve considered it! I can see it being a thing in the future. Especially now I’m not paying for 3 adults 😂😂 it’s hard to know when to draw the line when the kids grow up but if we had DVC, I’d like to think the kids might want to join us on future holidays when they’re both adults and sometimes we’d go alone 🤷🏻♀️
I really enjoyed the Hong Kong vlog, I went when I was young so it was nice to see it now. I was impressed with the airport as well, looked so much better than ours. I think your kids are so lucky to have travelled so much, some people wait a lifetime for one trip to Disney as it's so expensive.
You know, it is expensive but I’m always baffled by the all inclusive European holidays cause they are SO expensive to me (for a holiday I’m not excited about) whenever we’ve priced up going somewhere closer. People used to give me such sh*t for taking the kids on city breaks instead of to the beach but I think if you’re spending the money, you should get to go in the holidays you want to go on 😂
Haha! We didn’t go on many holidays as a kid but I remember going on a big holiday when I was 17 whwn my mum got some inheritance .. that’s was the last for me too

I refuse to buy beauty or skincare products from China due to their animal testing policies. But I’m interested to see how you find them From your vlogs I actually thought HK sounded super reasonably priced for a major city. Having spent a lot of time in London, NY, Dublin, and Paris myself it didn’t seem any more expensive than those to me
HK is not expensive at all! The city attractions are expensive, but no more expensive than other cities. However the food, drinks and travel is very cheap, unless you go to higher end places😊
