Dear @morrislucero810 in this video was not possible to film close to the bucket for security reasons. Please have a look of this other video, same application, different spot: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aMqHb-fCM-4.html
Dear, thanks for asking. Please get in touch directly with our US sales manager Andrea Bonomi at abonomi@simex-na.com or fill the form here: simex-na.com/en-us/contacts-en . Our US branch office will let you know about availability and pricing.
Dear, thanks for your question. What do you mean exactly with "rollers"? If you are talking about the screening tools, the wear level depends on the material you are working with. Anyway, the FIT patented tools are easily interchangeable since you can replace every single disc or blade with no shaft unstrapping. You can all the details here: bit.ly/3QL5rU0
@@SimexIt @0:27 "Rollers" -- Those metallic funky looking hexagons ("polygons") that rotate with the bar to agitate the material in the bucket. So back to the question, about how long will they last until they wear out?
@@KarasCyborg Screening buckets are low-maintenance attachments but it is impossible to precisely determine the tools wear. Anyway, feel free to get in touch with our commercial area for all the technical inquiries at sales@simex.it or visit the specific website simex-buckets.com
Would it be an idea to split this machine into two machines? With the cutting drum attached to the front of a tractor and the mixing drum to the rear of the tractor + a plate vibrator like Stehr behind the mixing drum. Then you could finish the process in only one pass.
Dear @poledro, thanks for your suggestion. After years of development and testing, our team assessed that the combination of the milling drum and the crusher drum in one single piece of equipment could be the effective solution to guarantee the correct heterogeneity of the rejuvenator and the right grain size of the milled material. Anyway, please feel free to get in touch with us for any further advice you may have about ART here: bit.ly/3SkhrwZ
Dear Augusto, thanks for writing. You can find it at your closest Simex dealer in your area. Please write an email at sales@simex.it specifying your country, or fill the form: www.simex.it/en-gb/contacts
Hi there, thanks for your comment. Usually CT wheel compactors are used to reinforce trench bottom and then have a long-lasting road restoration after it. You can easily find more details, here: www.simex.it/en-gb/products/ct-vibrating-wheel-compactors-for-skid-loader
Dear Mr Lindley, the waste material, as it always happens, is composed of different sizes and typologies, as it derives from demolition works. The operator was able to crush and reduce at the same size the material and reuse part of it for backfilling and foundations works. Please have a look at this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qKsJZ4tSlxw.html in which there's also the presence of reinforcing bars: CBE performance was good as well even with the presence of iron. Please visit simex.it to know more and to get in contact with our team for any info you may need. Regards, Simex srl.
Yep, it's the new range of universal screening buckets VSU, for dual-coupling on excavators and loaders. Find all the info here: www.simex.it/en-gb/products/vsu-universal-screening-buckets
@@kushenterprise6830 There are many ways. Some paving specialist use collector sweepers. Other operators opt for specific conveyors which discharge directly on other machines (buckets, trucks...).
City construction crews have been using one of these devices on the street next to my office building downtown. Let me tell you, there's no gentle rattling sound with cheerful music playing. You think it's bad when there's a lowrider next to you at the stop light that's blasting its subwoofers and vibrating you car? Baby you ain't see... felt nothin yet! These downtown buildings are ancient. If it collapses it better do it on my day off! 🤣
We know what you mean. Compaction is never a noise-free activity. However it is necessary to ensure surface stability after a road rehabilitation or in building foundations. :)
Trovi comunque tutti i dettagli tecnici dell'attrezzature RWE 100 qui: bit.ly/45N0PRz
Dear Ben, the bucket is available in 2 models for excavators from 18 to 40 tons. Regarding the output size of the milled material, the rear-grid is customizable for having different grain size. Find all the info here: bit.ly/3HCeY9z
@@SimexIt thank you for your reply, so smallest one you currently make would suit a 18 ton excavator but do you think you’ll be making something smaller than that for instance say something to suit a 8 ton excavator? I had a crusher bucket on demo which was for a 8 ton excavator and I just think the bucket is going to be better and faster
@@MrGrabbingtruck we could evaluate to produce smaller sizes of this bucket, but of course the hourly production will be much lower. For any other enquiries please get in touch with our team by filling your requests onto this contact form: www.simex.it/en-gb/contacts
