Mike, My Worthless $.02 is swim & or flutter kick on / at the side of the pool or ride a bicycle with the proper seat height! Coming from a guy who had multiple replacement surgeries!! Best of Luck Sir!
I'm pissed off with this npk shit. 😢 Some reason we haven't even been able to watch season 5 Yet over in the UK . It's not been on Discovery channel or discovery plus. All we got is to season 3. It's joke. So as u are one of the originals I was thinking u might know
Hi, Mike, I've been following your channel for quite a while and I was hoping to hear more about your health issues. I hope you're getting better and feeling better. I've been in good shape and good health my whole life. Now 63 years old, I've been diagnosed with bladder cancer the first week in January. After 3 surgeries and testing, my tumor is not malignant. I hope you stay healthy, happy & have a excellent Racing Season!

Hey Mike, if it’s severe nerve pain if they’re giving you anything for it that’s great but I will tell you this there is a drug called release GRALISE it’s a once a day medication you take it with your evening meal and it’s amazingit is a form of gabapentin it’s extended release but I know for me it is a miracle drug. It works very well and you don’t have to worry about taking a ton of pills all the time I take three 600 mg tablets a day and it works phenomenally.
I only know that because we’re going through the thing now where my mother died from a slow-growing carcinoma that they believe was the bestest related. The attorneys actually contacted me after they found the bestest in my father’s lungs. Fortunately, my father is contained at this time when we found moms it was pretty much too late they removed it it was still there

I met you and Ken Herring at my hometown track 5-6 years ago ..the warmest guys to me and my Son who was young then...You held him Ken You and talked about racing ,food and where to get some good BBQ!!!!
