Ayran which is hard yoghurt (30% fat), salt and water It has a cousin which is kefir, which is basically the same but you mix water with milk and ferment that. Both are good, i prefer ayran with savoury stuff and coffee with sweets... Kefir is not drinkable and although thinner than ayran is thicker than ayran when finished
Smart idea to dip them in the egg wash! When I make pastries like these I always spoon them with the wash but it never covers properly. I’ll have to try that next time.
Can you make one with actual Lutenitza/Ayvar on the actual bread lol😂😂😂 - that the red dip in the big jar - mix of roast peppers, eggplant & tomatoes- that’s the foundation. Add some feta and or salami on top and you got it. The rest is optional.
I just hate that it takes a trend for people to start doing something healthy. That’s why I can’t look at these videos of you RU-vidrs because it’s all so freaking fake. It’s like y’all never seen a plate of vegetables before.
