I've noticed you don't like Carnage Tyrant. I found the 2 best answers to Carnage Tyrant while it was in standard.... Play Carnage Tyrant yourself. Easy.... done. Or you can do what I did and just not play standard since it was dog shit anyways. Modern is a lot cheaper to play when you don't play standard. Just buy the few singles you need right when they are released. Before the big price spike. It's easier when you don't have to keep up with like 7 different decks that are all in standard while also playing modern. You may scoop up the wrong card for the deck you are currently running and wait on the Ledger ashredders. Ouch if you missed that one.

Thank you for giving me hope in building a budget Soldier Odric deck. First time trying ander, and first time playing MTG in years. Soldiers are nostalgic for me so I needed to build a tribal deck for my own satisfaction. Thanks for showing me there is hope in this archetype!
I am currently building this deck, I think you need try kroxas instead of faithless loothing since it is banned from modern, and add Anje's Ravager, it is another madness creature and madness trigger at the same time, I really enjoyed the video, thanks
I don't agree with how you phrased some of your questions. In particular the one about Gerry's play regarding Ancient Stirrings and Whir of Invention. I think there's a better way to ask that question, but the way you asked it came off as arrogant and condescending. And you also have the benefit of not being in Gerry's seat at the time and being able to stew on your thoughts about it for a while. These kinds of "what were effective lines from/up to here?" type of questions seem important for improving as a player of card games, so I get asking it, I just think the way this particular one was presented wasn't very effective or useful.
I dont knock net deckin but nothing beats winning with a deck that's 100% your own. Back in the late 90's I remember almost all kitchen table was a home brew and the typical 'net-deck' back then was a gold border deck.
Each day, Wizards stoops to an all-time low. Absolutely detest the lack of effort & care they're putting into this with a virtually impossible return. I've lost games in draft due to bugs that can't be redeemed.
Cauldron of Souls, works well in Purphoros bronze-blooded. Giving all your creatures persist and then having to sack them..only to being them right back with a neg 1:1 counter.
Less time lapse photography, please!!! The important parts were way too fast to follow. This video gives instructions at a FINE pace, for people who do not need any instructions and already know what they are doing. For those who need help, such as an instructional video, this video does not help, at all.
I play MTGO and have no interest in Arena because I don't play standard. 1) They need to make all formats available. 2) They need all cards available. 3) Some way to transfer the cards from one client to another.
