Anyone else ever stopped in eternal Forrest just to listen to the music? Can’t believe it’s been almost 20 years… I sound old when i say it, but time flies faster than I could imagine. Blink twice and almost 20 years had passed. Keep safe y’all 🫶🏾
gen 3/hoenn seriously was a magical experience. still keep playing it over and over again. the graphics were so beautiful, the music was phenomenal, the mons awesome..... I miss the old days where pokemongames were charming instead of having upgraded 3d graphics but lack the stories and keep lagging and bugging all the time. we sure had some nice adventures back when there were no cursed smartphones and social media. thx for this sweet nostalgia-trip
my life was never easy, but I wasn't so much aware back then. I had my peace with my 3DS which brought me countless hours of joy on bad days, weeks, even months. time went by so fast, it's honestly scary. because it will happen again. appreciate your small moments of happiness a little more in the future. you will think back of them at some point and wish to be brought back into that exact moment. I'm gonna get my 3DS to enjoy the game I begged my mom to get me 11 years ago.
It’s really kicking in that this game came out 11 years ago. I wouldn’t say I have the same level of nostalgia with this game as I do others but I still definitely feel it
27 Marine, listening to pokémon and remembering how my lonely little self wanted to go out into the world from his little farm town so I can meet other pokémon trainers. I had ran around while playing pokémon everyday out there. I moved to new states but never cared about my surroundings. I delved into the world of pokémon. That's where my friends were. I was familiar with it. I loved it. I wish I could go back there
I still remember the moment in 2003 when my father bought me pokemon ruby and he got into the car with the game in his hands. I also remember that I played it all night until I got my first badge. What an adventure since then, certainly one of my best childhood memories.
Not summer 2013, but summer 2014 I remember having a sleepover with my best friend at the time. I was playing Pokemon far into the night, while she slept on the couch next to me. She was more into sports - I think that night I realized that, now that we were in middle school and drifting apart, that that night may be one of our last sleepovers. I remember the realization hit me, and I kind of just... Kept playing haha. Felt like a waste to go to sleep after that. I still think of her a lot, especially when I play Pokemon Y on my old 3DS. We're both in college now, about to graduate. There was never any animosity or anything, we just drifted apart. I'm grateful for this playlist, it and the rain and visuals really took me back <3
My favourite pokemon game. In my early teens exploring sinnoh in 2006 and taking in the atmosphere. I couldn't wait to level up my team and battle my friends. I really miss the pixel era of pokemon. Thank you for this Tsuki
I’ve never played the 6th gen games, ended up skipping over them, but this music still makes me feel so wonderfully nostalgic and peaceful. Thank you very much for posting
Don't get too excited. Remember a lot of Pokemon games that have come out as of late haven't been that good. Ironically Legends arceus was made by a separate team instead of the one that made all the recent ones
Hope you guys liked this little playlist if you'd like to support my work check out my Ko-Fi page (helps to keep the lights on) ko-fi.com/tsukibeats Love ya guys, keep walking the good path
While I personally consider gen 3/4 to be the peak of pokemon design(pokemon themselves, gameplay, mechanics and all the variety of side games offered), Johto in gen 2 was probably the most rewarding to play in terms of experience. All this is taken in account of me having limited access to gen 4(black and Pearl), and no access to any of the games past that. From gen 3 back, I am quite acquinted. My opinion on the various game gens. Gen 1 always felt too unpolished in spots to really be a smooth transition, gen 2 fixed it all. Gen 3 tuned it and gen 4 gave it a spit shine.
