I drive for Walmart and that is one of the main reasons they’ve stopped allowing drivers to park in their lots, it’s a bad look when customers come into the lot and it’s full of garbage and pee bottles
Keep repairing it man. These new trucks are junk. My youngest son has a truck just like yours with 179,000 miles on it and he lives in Washington State where it's cold amd nasty a good part if the year. He keeps fixing it because a new ine like his is $60 thousand dollars...smh. Who can afford that? A few repairs are worth it.
How you like the Kenworth? I drive a 379 myself, it's alright but I sure miss the room of my classic. We have covered trailers as well, I pulled one for years but I went back to a regular flatbed simply because the Conestoga is like pulling a sail when you're empty and it hurt my fuel mileage. Not to mention they're very expensive to repair, and when they start getting hard to roll you might as well put it in the shop and get some new wheels on the kit. They can get really aggravating.
I'm liking this truck pretty good! Plenty of room and still looks pretty cool in my opinion. Those are some very good perspectives you pointed out, I didn't think about that!
@@CountrySloth I like those new kenworths, I'm glad to hear that they have more room in them. The older w900's were small in the front like the Peterbilt I drive. Now they had a lot of room in the sleeper unlike mine, it's a 63" sleeper. It's not a truck that I would want to do otr in for sure.

Twelve going on thirteen years out on these roads...I cant count the number of times ive seen this particular scam. Doesnt matter the state, theyre out there, so yes you are speaking the truth. I'll also add that if it should happen again, and if you are able, get their description and license plate and report them to the state police. Maybe if more state police bureaus got a running tab of these scammers perhaps something can be done to stop them from scamming truckers and/or otherwise. Love your positivity, bro!
Yep, have had it happen 3 separate times 2 of those times it was same guy and 2 teenager kids, waiting to sale me gold necklace and gold rings,driving a Lexus lol, but good vid brother
You have to have a camera facing the hwy, so if a driver do something wrong front of your truck, you will have evidence of what happened , but don't say it's always your fault because you drive a big vehicle . Thanks .
I use to drive for Huff&Puff Trucking and I left back in April last year. The Cement Powder side of the Building material industry. Has been very slow. I’m leaning towards Hauling Food either reefer or Phneumatic Tank

You’ve actually got me into trucking big time. I watch a lot of other people but in all honesty I’ve watched a lot of your videos the past couple months from your two year ago videos till now all the way through and I’ve looked into huff & puff but idk if they do the school for the CDL class A or not but you’re my go to on watching them because you show what it’s like and I’ve went as a kid and it’s what I remember. Keep it up if I go to huff & puff you’ll definitely be on the application 💪🏼👍🏼

Adding a muffler of any sort will only make it quieter, with the exception of some chambered mufflers which make it drone and give you the false impression that it’s louder when it really isn’t, just more resonance reaches the cab because the sound waves in the muffler are bouncing off eachother. We just put a straight through muffler with fiberglass pack and a turn down by the rear axle on my buddies 2007 1500 with the 4.8, inside it’s extremely quiet, almost stock sounding. But when he left my shop I could still hear him a mile down the road, making a turn onto a side road and making his way through some twisty corners. It sounded clean and very good. My l31 swapped 1993 Chevy 1500 has mid length headers, test pipes, true duals with an x pipe, into 2 shorty glasspacks, with about 36 inches of tailpipe dumped just behind the rear axle. You can carry a normal conversation in the cab, next to no drone, but outside the truck it’s absolutely rowdy.
