It’s weird to criticize the Apple Vision Pro game’s as feeling like demos when the MR game you are playing also feels like a demo. There are some cool mixed reality games on the Quest 3 like Eleven Table Tennis and Demeo, but the First Encounters app is so basic that not many people want to play it more than once.
@@kebin_lkh_yt That would be a different comparison that isn’t weird. Sure, the Quest 3 games so far seem to be more fun than the Apple Vision Pro games, including the demo experiences. But the First Encounters app is just as much of a demo as the Apple Vision Pro games are, if not more so.
Apple just updated their Spatial Persona along with FaceTime and SharePlay. These new features allow for more social interactions and are being lauded for immersion. Maybe a new video regarding the new Persona update?
@@kebin_lkh_yt There is an app called “inSpaze” in the app store. It allows Vision Pro owners to interact, and some will put up a FaceTime link for anyone to join; therefore, you do not need to share emails, phone numbers, or personal information. Currently, “inSpaze” (with a lowercase “i” and the letter “C” is replaced with the letter “Z”) has a rating of 4.7. inSpaze is made specifically for the VP users to connect with other VP users. Hope this will help.

No one has done a video on adjusting the lenses… you can increase your FoV and 3d effect when you play with this setting. I found the auto placement of the screens isn’t always the best
@@kebin_lkh_yt yes. I found you can improve clarity and 3d effect playing with these. It can cause eye strain but don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. I eventually found a more comfortable spot It’s gonna be very hard to prove but it’s worth a vid
@@kebin_lkh_yt do it… then a prompt to seperate them pops up. I think you hit the oval button to confirm your setting. Obviously start with the farthest from each other. Tell me if you think your FOV increases from that maybe it’s placebo
I'd hardly call something that is just another MR headset "ground breaking". The term ground breaking should only be reserved for a product that actually does something no other product has yet achieved. Which this does not. But I get why you use the word, hype and all that. No biggie.
Rat, I pride myself on not being a sheep! Having windows, android, meta 3, iPhone. This product is definitely something new and you can see that when you plug in the dev strap Apple sells. It was priced to keep people away on purpose. Check out all the stuff you can do as a dev and you’ll be more excited about its future offerings 😅
great video and recomendations, but I recommend either linking to the worlds in the description, pinned comment, or even just having the world name up somewhere on screen for the durration you're talking about it. I found myself having to scroll back several times to get the name after something peaked my interest about the world.
There is a world I came across about a month or so ago call Glades of Heaven. It's a fairly large exploring world with several buildings and structures. It has trippy colors that flow on the ground and the objects as you walk. It's... weird. The music, if you want to call it that, makes it even slightly creepy. But I still found myself visiting again to explore more of it. There is also a goat with multiple eyes if you can find it. In a building that can be reach by a nigh invisible staircase. The place might be worth adding to another list of trippy worlds.
