Hi Ms Megan. RU-vid just popped this up from 2 years ago! Someone at our jam did that double ending a while back and we all laughed about it. But I listened each time he did it so I could learn to play with him. Haha, now we often do the ol shave and a haircut as the second tag.
You know, you can get a warmer richer tone by taking that shoulder brace off and to hang onto the violin better get a Guarneri Chinrest. They have a deeper indentation and you will never drop the fiddle.

Great info, however, in order to be able to follow what you are doing one would have to already be able to perform the licks. The editorial comments are good but with a tab this would be very helpful info. Thanks for posting.
Thank you, this lesson is right at my current level. I am a drummer, so one point with timing I stress is the downbeat- bass and drums must own the downbeat on "1" because often other musicians are transitioning chords and notes and might be a little late. You gotta have their back. My friend I play with most likes the open string notes, so I go along. I recognize the importance of open strings (& capos) on guitar at least, but I am interested in being able to add a little more flavor. Well done! I hope you make more videos!
