Hii! What age do you reccomend to start a channel like yours? And btw, any tips?(im thinking of moving to another country in 16 or older do yk a good place??)
my life has been put on hold right now and im unhappy because i have nothing to do. my sleep schedule is also messed up, im sleeping at like 2am and waking up afternoon also because i have nothing to do. im unable to go out because i live in a hot place and its uncomfortable to go out and is just not a nice experience at all so im just stuck at home doing nothing, each day is the same. im just waiting to receive what i need so i can finally start uni and so this waiting is just really annoying :(
i love this video and the tips but one problem, fo me i get major anxiety without having something playing whilst i go to sleep, i always use the tv but theres a sleep timer on it, and i dont use noise machines because they just give unsettling vibes, plus i hate being alone so using a tv has the feel that there IS someone there with me..i dont know how to fix this problem :(
