No advice at all on if you need a loading phase. Or is the only gains you get are the immediate ones❓ or is there a long term effect ❓or even both, starts working right away and you continue your see benifits later❓

Day 1: Woke up with unexpected motivation. Found this program. Had a great leg workout Day 2: Barely slept, tired af, did the workout somehow Day 3: Seriously considered taking a rest day and skipping the workout. Found out day 3 is a rest day. Failed mentally, but dodged a bullet. Day 4: Feeling more clarity from the change in activity and diet. Pumped to push through the rest of this week's workouts. I once did preacher curls with incorrect form. It was horrible few days until my tendons healed. Until then I couldn't stretch my arms and it hurt like hell. Be very careful of your form while doing preacher curls.
Really poor customer service received from Kaged, such a shame they are willing to throw away long term customers but from what I can see online this appears to be a common problem recently. Perhaps the new management since Kris leaving is to blame, but whatever the reason, I am appalled and won’t be back. Be warned if you ever have any issues with the brand and its products - DO NOT expect them to be rectified or helpful when speaking to the customer service team.
GNC and vitamin shoppe in South Texas are getting rid of the kaged products little by little, I called GNC and two of their stores said by next month they will stop carrying kaged products. The only thing I liked from kaged was their pre kaged, to me it's the best pre workout for energy and overall health
