I played the game first in 2015 (some achievements are still from back then lol), but i started playing again. Currently nearing cp 600. I run vet dungeons with randoms and like to solo world bosses and when i´m motivated i bang my head against vma (poison level). I would love to get into trials and need to find a good guild, but i´m kind of overwhelmed by the guild finder, don´t really know what guilds are active and need a spot in a trial group.
Jesus you have 6k hours on this basically online RPG with 13 raids over 10 years, horse Sim open world PvP, battlegrounds that seem meaningless with no rewards. Crafting that's kinda pointless too
Oh buddy this game is pay to win you make it that way talking from experience exp scrolls research scrolls buying crown to trade for gold so i could uograde and buy my sets that i needed only thing that isnt pay to win about this game is the mythics and scribing other then that its pay to win lol if you dont have gold you aint getting anywhere unless you put 100s of hours into the game or have friends that can just feed you everything you need.
@LxrdCreature 1. The only advantage exp scrolls give you is to get your toon to level 50, that doesn't mean you will do good in either pvp or pve. Reseach scrolls can speed up time yes, but that will just let you craft any crafted gear you want, which is not even used much anyway. 2. You can't buy any pve sets or arena sets, only pvp, over land and crafted sets which still doesn't mean you win if you don't know how to use them so for pve you still need to farm the dungeons and trials alot 3. It's an mmo, you should be getting gold overtime with those hundreds of hours
@valkynval yes and you can pay for those runs 🤣 like come on man you gotta be honest with people here like If I wanted to get to 50 in 2 or 3 hours run Blackrock prison boom 2 to 4 mil gone depending on who you find then trial, and dungeon, ect the stuff you said you gotta grind for you can literally pay your way through find someone that is high enough and powerful enough and pay them to run you through whatever again how do I know experience this game has became pay to win it's just very well hidden to a point where your even falling for it lol I have spent 15 to 20 mil gold and I have meta pvp and pve gear lvl 50 all crafting and I'm cp 600 took 3 weeks get all that how because I paid my way through the game haha
So even if you are the richest person in the game, you still need to improve your skill level as a player. So if you have a lot of gold great, you can buy materials and some sets, but you can't buy your way to actually improve in this game skill level wise, gold isn't gonna make you OP in pvp or pve
@valkynval okay so I did you find a pvp person thats like 2800cp and was was emperor at one point and you give them 500k to teach you rotation and to help get your skill level up again paid for that to like dude come on all because you didn't do these things dosnt mean it's not happening. I also paid 1.5mil to have my 3 skill lines leveled to max and my 2 weapon skill lines I needed to max plus skills included so I could morph them again this game is pay to win it's just very well hidden.
@LxrdCreature I guess I might be wording it incorrectly so I do apologize if i was, what I'm trying to say is even if you do get the best sets, if you don't know how to play your class (in pvp/pve) or are working on your skill level, someone with more skill level can easily surpass you with worse gear. I'm just saying gold isn't gonna make you amazing in the game, time will. I should have rephrased that in the video about that section, my apologies
while i agree alcast wiki being really out of date but there sysytem guides like anquitys are really good they are good for sadly info about infoamtion of systems but there is nobody should ever look at the builds another good thing on alcast wiki was the system for crafble skills and waht items are given by each thing most of the socrce you mentoned are only for build alcast has okay where to farm new sysytem like they have decent info on quest abjective on the there thing but there build are about as old as my my grandma feel bad for anyone who builds a build form them
@sorenvalen I get that but you can't expect a new player not look up "best [class] build for dps", I'm sure the 1st website they will see is Alcast and since they don't know any better, they will copy the build
the best mmo of the time is continuously changing, but at least during the time of dragonflight/dawntrail eso is the best so one i returned to. Own war within but haven't tried it yet.
I've been playing on and off since 2016. About 3,000 hours on PS4 and 2,500 hours on PC and this video is mostly spot on. I mainly now just do writs everyday and just quest on my main. I just grinded up quick and got into vet content now that I did all that I'm just getting into the storyline lol
Thanks for the feedback! I know there is a lot of stuff I didn't mention in this video, I wanted to keep it short and sweet and cover most of the stuff that other reviews dont cover. I forgot to cover Housing, Im personally not into housing but I know a huge part of the community is and they make amazing designs
And gotcha, sadly I played the main quest line and the extra stuff across the other alliance zones like 3 times total and I just cannot quest anymore lol, I tried but I quit after like 1 minute into a quest XD Writs for sure are important, easy free materials, another thing I forgot to cover lol but maybe in a future video
I had this conversation with a friend he wanted to finally try it after ES6 is way waay off the horizon. I told him yes it's worth playing I told him don't worry about the classes you can make literally anything work, buy it on sale and get the edition that comes with every DLC then start with Greymoor and Gold Road by far the best aka Mythics and Scribing, just do what you want dont feel like you have to do everything, that can come later if you so choose
1000% agreed, I forgot to mention in the video that for those who just got the game/want to get the game, dont worry about all this patch notes nerfs and buffs etc, just have fun, there's so much to do before you do reach end game, it is a very fun journey to be honest
I love it! Stay on the right! Take what you can, or they'll let you, and do the best you can when things go wrong. Simple, yet powerful. I'm doing it Friday, wish me luck!
Unfortunately I dont think you can, I tried alot of them and my friends had even more surveys than me and tried but got no inks. So it seems the only 2 ways to get ink is from resource nodes (not survey ones) and killing anything
Is this update available? Necromancer Grave Lord Shocking Siphon: Increased the damage per tick of this ability and its morphs by ~33% so they are closer to stationary Over Time effects, rather than being treated as "sticky" Over Time effects. Living Death Restoring Tether: Increased the healing per tick of this ability and its morphs by ~14% so they are closer to stationary Over Time effects, rather than being treated as a halfway between stationary and sticky Over Time effects.
How viable you think this set up is on ps5? Also man I can’t seem to grasp the content enough when it comes to parsing… spent millions on sets golded out and everything just to hit like 22-25k dps on 3m dummy I wish I had help can’t find help 😢
Very viable, it doesn't matter what platform you are on, everyone is on the same patch if I recall correctly. Don't spend a lot of gold right away on sets, golding does mean more damage but not as much as you think, for a long time I used purple quality and they still hit like a truck if you know your class and rotation. 85% of your damage comes from your rotation, light attack weaving, and speed, gear gives you about 10% then CP will give you about 5%, my math might not be accurate but regardless, the most important thing you master in parsing and dps is the 1st 3 I mentioned. Also you should be parsing on the 21m trial dummy, not the 3m
as for golding, gold out your weapons 1st, specifcally your frontbar weapon(s), those will give you a boost right away, then do your jewelry and armor. I highly recommend you start your parsing by learning your rotation and what the skills do, spend time practicing them to get the feel for them, then work on light attack weaving, by that i mean light attack before and after any skill and ult. Start slow, and as you get more comfortable with your rotation and weaving, increase your speed of the rotation. Don't tackle everything all at once, over time you will see alot of good results
I have yes, I use it in my MM prog and have used it in open HM runs. And bows have not been always viable except in vAS HM up until a few patches ago where bow go buffed, I personally love using bows and they're not that far behind daggers as they used to be so I'm really glad they buffed them
Hey so I’ve been setting up a stamsorc for vas nuke strat (tzogvin war machine). I was wondering if u could give me an estimate of what dps that should get u on dummy cuz I can’t get above 95k and my guild wants to know
Hi, I did some testing and my best was 104.8k on the dummy with tzogvin war machine with that same skill setup except with bound armaments, with WM being on body. I also did not have a fully golded out WM so if you do, that would put you to around 106k and it can be a little higher with crit farming but to be honest I dont recommend to crit farm on the dummy. The next one I tried was with crystal frags and I got very close to 105k too but had bad rng on the procs so that can be higher for sure. I tried a 1 pet one and got 100k on that one being the lowest
To add on to this, the crystal frag one I did dawnbreaker on frontbar and Atro backbar since in the run you will be ulting with atro right away at the start of the fight in your vAS, I think that one has the biggest potential to reach higher numbers than I got but not by alot cuz again it relies on your crit rng and crystal frag procs
Thanks for showing an updated parse with the new bow changes! I've been looking for a stamsorc vid. This is exactly the build I use, except I use the Maelstrom Bow on the backbar for more cleave, and I use Flawless Dawnbreaker on the front bar for the Fighter's Guild passive. Out of curiosity, why do you use Power Overload instead of Dawnbreaker?
It does a lot of opening burst damage with your rotation if you time it with the atro ult at 185. In fights like vKA you should be able to do that, just make sure to have close to 400 ult before you go to the boss. A lot of the times for most of the trials you will be doing Dawnbreaker on front bar, Atro backbar though
