Good god the goat screams from level 41 onward !! I guess they're to shake you out of trance to make the game harder... But god damned, some of us have neighbours! We don't all live on a farm Jeff lol.
Hey, just found your channel. I love your content. I've been getting into this game after beating Space Giraffe and I'm wondering if there are any high scoring replays or strategy guides out there to explain the scoring strategies. I dig the game's style a lot but I'm not really sure how scoring works.
it's all about the multiplier. The default multiplier is around 2.0 but there are several ways to raise it. The faster you go the higher the multiplier. Red pills boost you up and raise the multipier to around 3.80. lift gates also raise the multplier. Each consecutive lift gate adds more multiplier wich makes it possible to get a 10x multiplier in some levels (+2x multiplier while airborne). Blue pills are awesome for scoring because they add an extra 10x multiplier wich means 20x with a base multiplier of 2.0 but there are levels where you can cach a plue bill while airborne. it's also very good to finish a level under high boost because you get more level end bonus points because of the higher multiplier. I will probably upload some videos about scoring (ok i already did..)
@@gaeargrimsrud7879 Awesome, thanks for the explanation and upload! Speaking of pills, I was also wondering what your strategy was in approaching the bad pills in the level "Voidpill." I spent almost on hour on that level yesterday and couldn't figure out a consistent way to avoid them.
