No public transport no development no grocery shops nothing to live here looks like hell area no availability of maids . Basic facilities is far from common people of here atleast 10 more years to take for complete development
2-3 projects of shopping complex going on which will complete in 2 years and you will see the facilities in another 2year as most of the societies will give there possession in 2024 end. When more people shift then more facilities comes...hoping for good

The metro station of sector 148 is like 3-4 km away and Noida Metro authority already working to extend the metro till Sector 150 and btw this will also connect to Rapid Metro which will connect to the jewar airport But in my opinion this sector is not for living at this moment but it will be the best place to live in 5-7 years
greater noida is just 2 km away . in greater noida u can get 2bhk flat for 70 lakh and is ready to movd new . but in 150 sector it is not less than 1 crore . why is difference? what abt maintenance per sq feet of these socities?
Sector 150 is sports theme based Sector that boasts of open area and a luxurious life style in coming years.Maintenance various from builder to builder and difficult to know in under construction societies
@@ankit_singh2704 correct and I like that sector because of low density otherwise in other sector of noida you can see only lots of buildings ,not much open area
