They don't need to let her win but they should've gave her an easier schedule for her first 5 games and it would have built up the anticipation for the bigger teams like Liberty and the Aces and got more viewers and more money. People seem to forget that basketball is an entertainment BUSINESS. She is a HUGE draw and she is bringing in more money and more viewers than they ever had since their existence. Even drawing more people than some NBA games. You don't put her up against the best teams and the MVP of the league in her first 5 games as a rookie. The WNBA did that to showcase their best players but all they did was turn off all the supporters who came for Clark, which is MOST of the new fan base. She isn't overhyped. Her hype is real. The issue is that the WNBA has an agenda against Clark. They dislike that a white girl from Iowa is the one bringing in the attention and not the other players in the WNBA, especially the black players. So they are intentionally limiting her game so the other players can shine and be uplifted instead of her. The coach is sitting Clark out the game when they are in the lead and then letting them get huge deficits. Players are also doubling teaming Clark and her team can't seem to make open shots. Clark needs to shoot at least 15-20 times per game to be successful. That's how often Curry and Luca Doncic shoot. She's been shooting under 10 which is not good at all!! She's never done that in her entire career! The WNBA is too busy trying to appease the black players because they didn't want her to look like a star. I'm a black woman by the way.
