If it's too big, then shrink the model by couple percents, if the hole is too small, then make a hole bigger (maybe just use some sandpaper instead of printing it again)

You can adjust this in cura (and probably other slicers) by horizontal hole expension. Anyway, modifying a hole, wether in the slicer, wether in a CAD app, or in post-process, should always be easy.

I just sanded the out and inside of the circular part of the lever, with a file, and applied pressure on a flat surface to push it into place.
