Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup besan 1 Cup grated paneer 1 / 2 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped onion 2-3 green chillies 1/2 cup grated carrots Coriander leaves 1/2 Tsp Haldi 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp cumin powder 1/2 Tsp cumin Ghee or oil Salt acc to taste Method: Mix all the ingredients together. Ingredients: Potatoes 500gm Green chillies ( you can take as per your choice) Garlic 13-14 cloves 1 1/2 inch 1 Tsp Chaat masala 1 Tsp cumin black pepper powder 1/2 Tsp Haldi 1/2 Tsp garam masala 1/2 Tsp carrom seeds 1/2 cup coriander leaves Salt acc to taste Ghee Method: Take three cups of wheat flour and make a soft dough.keep aside for rest let's prepare stuffing. Step 2: Heat the pan and add 2 Tbsp Oil. Add prepared paste and fry it.As shown in video. Now add all spices except garam Masala.Now fry it for 1 mins. Add photos and fry it for 6-7 mins. Add salt, garam Masala and coriander leaves,mix it. Let it cool .Now make paratha as shown in video. Tips: you can prepare this stuffing at night and you can keep in fridge. Ingredients: 1 Cup whole masoor dal 1/4 cup pink masoor dal 3-4 onion finely chopped 3-4 tomatoes finely chopped 2-3 green chillies chopped 1 Tbsp crushed garlic 1 Tsp grated ginger 1 /4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1TSP roasted cumin black pepper powder 1 Tsp red chilli powder 1Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1 1/2 Tsp Haldi Powder 1/4Tsp Asofateda ( Hing) Salt acc to taste Homemade garam masala ( Recipe on my channel) 3 Tbsp butter Method: Add soaked dal, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, green chilli,hing,salt, haldi and 5 cups of water. Let it cook for 2 whistles on low to medium flame. 2 Step: Heat the butter,add cumin seeds then garlic and ginger.fry it for 1 min. Add Onion and let it fry until onion turn light brown. Now add tomato,fry it for 2-3 mins then add all the spices except garam masala. Cook for another 3- 4 mins and add the dal . Add water if required to adjust the consistency.
