One thing to note, if you don't take greens get ready for something that tastes like shit to your palate. The people I've seen review this already have decent diets and eat vegetables regularly. So it's definitely worth it to take but it will not taste good to the people that need it most.
Hey, my trick is to put the powder first and then after adding water just closing the lid and shaking it. I feel it does a better job then adding it to the water.
Hi, I am still taking athletic greens. I take it four days of the week, and I am very happy with it. It has helped regulate my bowl movement and I feel that it also gives me energy. I will definitely continue taking it.

The $12 goal bag doesn’t “guarantee” full size items , they’re generally samples with a chance of a full size item or two. To them a sheet mask is “full size” , the plus are 5 full size , in the $12 u can and a lot of times get all sample sizes

Keely Sullivan honestly for the $12 that this bag is worth, I was a little skeptical about getting it, but it really surprised me. I think that the items are a good size and appear to be good quality. Another subscription that I think is worth the price is the Boxycharm subscription box.
