Having been to Symi this year - my personal opinion is that the island is overrated. I would not visit it again. Interesting to see what others think about it.
Just returned from 11 night break and can truly say I’ve never seen anything as pretty. You literally do fall in love around every corner and how to live like a Greek must be a documentary to be made. The colours of the sea and sky are to be beheld. The people are wonderful and the food is the best fayre I’ve ever eaten in Greece over 40 years. The men are handsome and miss world is every other woman, stunning, curvy with the biggest smiles wonderful hair and skin. Their love of children is very heartwarming too. They love their animals too which is always a bonus. Skopelos epitomises the fridge magnets we’ve returned home with forever; that’s what it looks like with people, mopeds and donkeys. Simply the most stunning island I’ve visited. Forget Santorini; it does come anywhere near. Sorry if I’ve gave the secret away but thank you Skopelos for being on this earth. Loved the video.

Been visiting Lindos twice a year since 1997, never again, full of drunk hen and stag parties, it's the new Benidorm, Brits have ruined it, overpriced accommodation and the bar/restaurant prices are the same as London, extortionate.
I can't argue with that. We visited for a day trip, but preferred to stay in Pefki, as we find it more laid back and definitely more affordable. Still, it's charming village worth visiting :)
100% autentic bulgarian architecture,build by bulgarian masons.......also this architecture have nothing common with the ottomans,it is continuation of the early roman-byzantene style that protobulgarians addopted when they arrive on the balkans in the late 7th century and may be litle earlier....later the ottomans start using the masons they captured from constsntinopol and the balkan states thats why there is similarities in the buildings in bulgaria and turkey
Hi :) We walked from Larnaca's promenade to Kastella, tooks us about 30 minutes. The walk is easy, terrain is flat and scenery, walking by the beach. The beach itself is sandy, blue flag, stamp for being clean and clear :) We found it better than the Larnaca beach. The beach bar is quite nice, cozy, they serve some basic food. Just outside the beach entrance, there is a fish market and a restaurant we haven't tried. In another 10 mins further, there is the Mackenzie Beach, with many more bars and restaurants and it gets busier. Hope we managed to give you some insights and help you decide 😊
