I found that ombudsman has seriously over look my caes on meny occasions of negligence one I was strangled to the floor by a cpn nurse a cleaner said get off him your herting him your going to kill him . A second cpn came out of nowhere and he said you can't be doing this get off him get off him your going to kill him... in self defence I slap cpn across face has I voukd start to fell lifeless. Cpn mange to get other cpn off me. I got up I was handed back my books and cell phone to it was still recording. I made my way to main doors and said to cpn I haveing u for assaulting me.. cpn nurse Ran towards me and kick je in my testicles cctv footage blanked out for the hole day. Ombudsman has not only over look my caes and thousands of others. Ombudsman has said tay want be looking into this. Honestly ombudsman cos if ombudsman refused to look in to this at the erly stages like 2013 it happened i still compland to ombudsman in time period of 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022 2023 and I Will continue to raise my concerns about how mental health has kept in a lifetime of pain. 😢 ombudsman . Has continue to refused to give resion to why tay have said my caes hs cause we talking about blanked out cctv and cpn nurse saying you can't be doing thus get off him.your going to.kill.him... cpn nurses tryed kill.me and kicking he in my testicles is a life-threatening condition isit ombudsman.... why did ombudsman say I'm out of time when clear I was not this is very sensitive and very danger covering up by ombudsman wales ........ cpn strangled to the floor ..according to dpp its not a police matter this was bantering from Carmarthenshire to Bodmin . I was only ment to.be in Bodmin for 15 days after me being sent to Swansea prison for the crim of a cpn nurse ... very sad ombudsman.. there us a lot to get put right hear. And please stop hoodwinked me with your lies that this not a matter you can deal with.. that tolty striping away human right has now ten years down the line pain has got worse and I'm. FREEDOM OF SPECH .... OMBUDSMAN HAS SERIOUS INDANGER MY LIFE FOR THE LEATH OF TIME. IM NOT OUT OF TIME ITS THE OMBUDSMAN HAS SAID NY CAES WAS CLOSE BACK IN 2014 25TH OCTOBER THUS YEAR WILL BE TEN YEARS.. THIS OCTOBER. OMBUDSMAN THAT MISS LEADING BILLONS OF PEOPLE IT IS VERY CONSERNING OMBUDSMAN THAT A CPN AND TWO POLICE OFFICERS AND NHS SECRETARY OFFICER HAD CCTV BLANKED OUT FOR THE HOLE DAY THAT WAS STATED IN COURT . 😢
