Nah. There are additional lighting and sound features added to the locomotives. Also the fact that Museum Quality locomotives are usually types that were ordered by a single railroad (UP being the sole buyer of the turbines, MILW for the SDLs and SP for the SD45Xs.)
Save those old plastic couplers and plastic wheels as they make good loads for flat and gondola rail cars. Another tip is to use a small drop of super glue on the screw to the couplers and it will remain in place until you need to remove it. Cheers from eastern TN
If you want to get a really good coupler, get Kadee #148 Whisker couplers. Those are great due to them having a super springy built in wire spring. Also... if you're looking for a really good set of metal wheels, you can go to JBWheelsets or Northwest Shortline. I go to both and have never had an issue with their wheels. My coaches and freight cars roll very freely.
Bro the thing about foamers is that they usally dont know what the fuck they are talking about, the your social security number is 2 one is the rebuilt turboliner from 2004. Its like one of the newest trainsets in the video. . .
Shame you weren't up there the past few weeks, let alone last run session. There wasn't as many Junior members there, less noise and more tracks available.
I mean I love p42s, F40s are iconic, but i also like seeing pictures of early amtrak stuff with E and F units. Hard for me to pick. Oh those pepsi can dash 8's are pretty cool too mothafucka.
lmao, 300, the locomotive for the alc in this video was involved in a derailment and is set to be scrapped also why you gotta do my beloved f59phi like that :(
I don't mean it as a bad thing; i meant it as a "speeding" joke. When you think of the F59PHI, you usually think of the train going 70+mph on the surfline, pretty fast by America's diesel standards. You know what cops do when they see someone going that fast?

Hey, the 2 other major class 1 Heritage Units (UP & NS) are already owned by my club. In a way, I'm finding my own identity while filling a void in the club's special unit roster. ;) Even if I go from a yankee to a "Canadian yankee" in the process.
