I believe Topps still makes mini card sets but they are just mini versions of the regular cards. As far as I know the only League Leaders ones are 1987 Topps. Definitely a fun little set to build though!
9:37 Fantilli it is a Glossy Rc, just not labeled "RC" on the front, if you read the back it shows his junior stats, college, or university stats no NHL stats. i broke 8 23/24 Extended hobby boxes and got 5 or so Fantilli Rc's. the Owen Beck Glossy was also a RC.
