Project Moon Fanatic dedicated to making content on their games. As well as any other game I feel like. I enjoy challenge running so most videos will likely have something to do with that.
BL Yi Sang's support passive does work with next turn gain poise. It's just that you need to get 2 instances of poise in the same turn to get the poise count. Rather than giving the ID 1 poise count after gaining poise, it makes it so every instance of poise gained is +X Potency and +(Y+1) Poise Count. It's rather hard to explain what happens, but basically: if you use a poise potency gaining skill with 0 count gain at 0 count, you gain +X potency then, at the same time, gain 1 Poise count, which is what makes it look like it doesn't work (because of how the game does Potency and Count gain on the same coin without separate [On Hit] conditionals, rather than giving you X potency and the mandatory 1 count, then the +1 count from the passive, the passive +1 count is combined with the mandatory +1 count. Same applies if it's X count and the mandatory 1 potency). For a clearer view of this effect in work: 1:30 - 1:37. You can see Ryoshu gain 2 Poise Potency and 1 Poise Count then when she uses the second S3, she gains 2 Poise Potency and 1 Poise Count, getting her to 4x2 Poise. It's a really weird interaction with support passives like those.
Thanks for the correction. For whatever reason when I was looking over the footage to check if his passive was working, I saw a moment where she gained 4 poise potency and 2 poise count from 2 skill 3's and thought 'Yeah that's normal'. For some reason I convinced myself that you always gain 1 poise count with next turn poise even though that doesn't make any sense.
spiral has such weird vibes. not necisairly bad but its just so odd. the slow music, the scenery. the very weird design thats almost a bit hard to look at and figure out whats happening. the weird eye things that sinners have hover over them once they get the effect from hitting the hands very different than the rest of the game, oddly somber
I had the fun occurrence of picking Falling Flowers trying to solo with Zwei Gregor and uh. I did not know that Dongbaek did that because it had been so long since I finished Canto IV lmfao
@@Altaltalt4-js1sh The TARGETING MARK. When you hover your mouse over a skill slot a targeting mark will appear on the abno's body showing which part that slot corresponds to. The same mark will appear when you check body part for status.
Wow it’s crazy how just 2 additional effects could make this ID have a solid niche! His U5 in two years will just add 3 more bleed potency to his s2 tho so what a shame.
During the Alleyway Watchdog fight, when you mentioned the issue of Outis rolling a 13 for her evade I was wondering why you chose BL Faust over Lob Rem. Faust. Her 2 Lust Res passive is enough to bump Outis' evade from a 13 to a 15 if you have at least 2 Acupunctures and a single evade slot.
That's exactly the problem, you need 3 skill slots. The only time the evade was a problem was the first and 2nd turn where you don't have enough skill slots to activate the passive. It's why resonance based passives are inherently less valuable for soloing and even when I do take them, they don't make much of a difference.
you can fight spiral relatively often if you choose to seize it whenever it pops up in an event. doesnt really give that good ego gifts or anything but idk its kinda fun ig and you can get some extra ego resources that way i suppose
huh, this is a weird video. The ID is nothing but a black void. Wondering why you called this a Blade Lineage Outis run, because that ID doesn't exist.
I did this run before she was released, and to replace Chef the support passive needs to be REALLY good. Yuroshu is not that, an extra 2 tremor count every turn is not worth giving up Chef especially when Molar Outis is more than enough on her own. Double dipping is unnecessary.
idk if PM should make poison IDs/EGO, i mean, not that i hate poison but its practically just burn that ticks down a little different, and id imagine they rather add more burn support instead of support for something so similar yet incompatible
True, poison would definitely need some tweaks to separate itself from burn. Personally I think a good direction to take it would be to make it a combination of both burn and bleed ticking down as it does currently but also at the end of every skill use. It would be a weaker version of both but because it’s both it would have its own identity. Probably never going to happen but it would be interesting to say the least.
Small nitpick. Philip Sinclair also has 20% increase on sp gain from winning clashes after the first clash. Which is actually not as twice as effective as usual 10% but thrise because baseline sp recovery is 15 not 10. For example if he wins clash with two clashes he will gain 18 sp (plus 3 from base) while majority of IDs will gain 11 sp (plus 1 from base). It's extremly good in my opinion and underupreciated aspect of him. For example if he uses his base ego and hit heads on hit against a three coin skill he will gain 1 sp but if he hits tails on hit he will gain 21 sp with no support.
the distinction you made regarding manifested and effloresced ego leads me to wonder what the difference is lore-wise. PM sure made a complicated world
Manifested normally = manifested by your own strong feelings and mindset Efflorescend = manifested with help from the golden bough strengthening your feelings and mindset
Roughly this comes from the first game and a small portion of chapter 4 spoilers Roughly the extraction process can be bypassed from the need of a human soul via an abnormality and using that as the catalyst to create an ego Limbus has a bit of new lore involving attachment requirements and a sin system but in theory besides the limiters the ego system should roughly be similar Manifestation is rare due to the extreme mental weight that is required to use an ego and maintain a desire while also not being consumed by the extreme emotions
