Awesome vid! Wish I had been there! We just missed each other.. we are hoping to be coming back up in a week or so. Interesting finds at that spot! See ya soon! Great color! I always watch till the end!
If you're going to the WAM take your little dredge and go around to all the fresh dredge holes. They had the spring rendezvous but it's the New York guys that were there the last week those are the holes you want. Right by split Rock. It's not the gold they missed that you're after it's the gold that's fallen in since they left I've been doing every year for a long time. It works. Quick easy flood gold it'll all be tiny but you should get a good amount. Then go to your favorite spot and dig and dig and dig.
Great video buddy instead of buying that new battery how come you didn’t just use your dredge motor on ya highbanker? I have same lil motor off my 2 inch that I use on my gold hog mini highbanker works perfectly then you won’t have to worry bout changing battery other wise great video buddy I’m hoping to get over there with the 4 inch dredge sometime this aguest I’ll let you know as soon as I know maybe we can tag team a spot do a 50/50 split or how ever ya want to work it out
Hey man, good hearing from ya. I’m trying to keep the dredge and banker as 2 separate units. Soon as you know the dates in August let me know, I’ll at the least stop by and say hi, but if I can dredge with you that would be awesome
Nice vid man. I like the lil dredge too but man it sure seems like a lot of work. You spend more time uncloging the nozzle from rocks then actual dredging
Nice video ,I have a 4” kenne ,the problem with the smaller dredge is that you don’t move enough material the good is smaller are lighter to carry around .can’t wait for summer
It's in Bath New Hampshire on the Ammonoosuc river. Twinrvernh.com. A state permit is required for motorized equipment. It's been $25 for state residents $50 for out of state, you can print out the permits online. No permit needed for panning or sluice boxes as long as your out of the WMNF.
Nice job buddy and nice little picker 👍 only suggestion well two one with that small dredge I would run it without that punch plate I have found with my little dredge it mostly go right out the box and was losing way more then I was getting! Also when your sucking up material best is a nice feed going in but when you use it to like get a rock that you can’t reach and sticks to the nozzle and you pull it up and take off with your hand I would advise not doing or letting that happen reason is your sending pulses threw your box like surges and you really don’t want that eather cuz your more then likely loosing gold out your box ! Loved the video though bro 👍👍 and your one up on me haven’t made it over there yet I’m hoping possibly next week I’ll let you know 👍
Thanks for the advice Nate, I’ve been on the fence about the punch plate. Next time I’m not going to run it, see what happens. Hadn’t thought about the surges using the hose to pick up rocks. Thanks again for that info.
Np buddy I only suggest these things cuz Evan though it’s a hobby or we just love to do it it really is work lol and nothing is 100% at catching every peice of gold but love to see you get more rather then lose it 👍 did you happen to weigh that picker? Again vary awsume find keep it up buddy 👍
It was great talking to you yesterday. Nice picker off the bottom you got there. Hope I didn't keep you from your dredging too long. I tend to run at the mouth sorry. Subscribed!
Okay I'm going to give you a little help. At about 5 minutes 51 seconds behind the man up River. You see that gravel bar on the other side. You go to that gravel bar as close to center as you can get and still be on campground property. Move the boulders dig a hole get down to water. Then you can use your dredge to do the rest. I promise you you'll find s*** tons of gold. The clay layer is there. Nobody ever does this.
Hey Bro, Try some old winter pickup tire chains for wrapping the boulders you want to move. Straps on object are a disaster waiting to happen. Also place small boulders under the "Dead fall Bight", so you don't work two or more times to get the lift to the same height. Watch ur toes!! Good on ya!
