And 4 years later you’re killing it. Our trauma makes us who we are and it’s unfortunate. I was born in san Diego and was in foster care because my mom had a drug problem. We around the same age the 90s and 80s was that era for drugs. I understand ur pain! Keep pushing!!

I am compelled to respond to your story, Junior, as I have navigated a similar experience of sexual abuse by my step-grandfather. The subsequent lack of support and belief left me feeling lost and unseen. However, a chance encounter with a family friend helped me recognize my value, leading to a 32-year marriage and a new life. Although forgiveness has been a challenge, my faith and husband have facilitated my recovery.
