I cover everything from design concepts, fabrication techniques, testing, and, of course, the final product. I will also share tips and tricks that I have learned along the way, which can help you take your fabrication skills to the next level.
100%! In the world of fabrication, everything is possible my friend! Just take measurements of the engine you'd like to transplant. Make a cardboard cutout of its dimensions if you have to and start trying to envision where it can fit!
@@ADHDFabrication thank you for the inspiration man, ive been dreaming of building a land speed honda gokart for the past few days now. Im thinking about a k20 or a k24, stock that would be more than enough to eclipse 150+ just need a reliable frame and drivetrain
I appreciate you brother! 💜 This year, I'm going to make a follow-up video showing how much I harvest as well as delivering a lot of produce to a local food bank!
Own a f250 4x4 6.9 its a 1986 year model. What are the plans for the ford your working on? 460 is a gas job. Why not put a 6.9idi or a 7.3 idi? Even a 12v 6bt is perty much a bokt in.. im doing a dt360 swap in one of my idis!
The black ranger had a 6.9, I took it out to swap it into Mr. King's late wife's f250. She drove that truck up until she passed away, and now Mr. King would like to drive the truck himself so the gasser 460 is coming out and the 6.9 turbo idi is going in.
@@ADHDFabrication awsome I'm a diesel mechanic have any questions I will do my best and I have a wealth of info on these engines!! Also man you got heart that's very 😎 of you! You sir earn way more likes and subscribe I'm sharing your videos! I'm in bamberg sc if you happen to be near by I have alot of parts amd specialized tools. I worked for ford and international!
@user-km3sg1hy9s I appreciate that a ton!! I will certainly remember that, and if I have questions, I will get in contact with you! Thank you it sincerely means a lot!
Wonderful a White Road Commander. Not enough of these saved, as they aren't Petes, KWs or Freigtliners so many people just don't even look. It does make them cheap, but they all cost the same to fix, like too much. Are you going to keep it long like a flat bed or what? Please not another stretched tractor, been done too much.
I am going to be getting a 38' Great Dane 90⁰ step deck trailer to tow behind so I can tow my equipment and do bigger scrap jobs! I won't be stretching it personally! (If it hasn't been already, I'll have to find full frame length and take a measurement to see if it had been extended prior.)
We don't make those when we are shaking hands with danger. 😅😉 The fine line between stupidity and intelligence is doing stupid things in a smart manner, my friend!
@ADHDFabrication if you put like idk 10% more effort... and got a more "steampunk" look I need to see that saw doing work, how does it feed the logs?!?!
The feed bed is yet to be built! It will be a traditional bed style with a hydraulicly ran center drum underneath. The only thing I dread building is the ratchet mechanism to draw the log forward a consistent amount every time, but I'll get it figured out! There will be more content on the sawmill as I progress. Every two weeks, I switch between the sawmill and working on a turbo idi swap for a 96 year old man! So come back for more!💜
They are a lot of fun! If you do I can give you hand with just about anything and we can go racing! I have a few gocart projects on deck. Just lower priority than a few others haha.😅🤣
Cool ! Hey I saw you that day rolling that up the service road out of right ways yard. I've run that road from the same place getting a tractor to a loading dock. Cool truck thought about bidding on it but to far from home
It's a sweet settup, definitely an overbuilt medium duty! Eventually, I will release a video of me bringing that r200 back to life & back into service after years of it sitting and rotting. The engine's Valley is about 9 inches deep on the 501cc, the entire valley was a rat/ squirrel nest that protruded past the intake. (Found 3 rat skulls & 1 squirrel skull in the mess)
Man you need to sort out your volume music is fine but struggling to here you talking so you may need a clip on Mike. Good video otherwise very interesting
I appreciate that a lot!! I'm currently doing some research on a lavalier mic so that I can get my audio tuned in a lot better! The content will improve! Thank you for the criticism my friend!
Just a cool, old, ratted out and lowered international. It had a tow truck / wrecker arm, and it sounded great! If the guy is around the internet, I figured someone might recognize the truck. I'd really like to get a better look at it!
