So how did you manage to get it to 500m? All the ship size mods won’t let me go past 200. And I’m referring 200 front and 200 back so 400 total. Is yours 350 front to back or is it 500 front to back as in 1000 meters ?
The measurement only goes to 400 (200 aft and 200 fore). My 500m is a estimate but I think it maybe slightly over 500m. I am on PC and I add these commands in my console which makes it easier to build bigger: setgs uSpaceshipBuilderMaxModules 2000 & setgs uSpaceshipBuilderModuleHardLimit 2000

Cool build. I like the "face" of the thing. Like a Thomas the Tank Engine in space. Or if CARS had a SPACE movie. One of the more believable / aerodynamic builds I've seen so far. Thanks for sharing :)
so question, do you know any mod that allows you to use more than one reactor? their used to be a mod that was like "Ship parts unlocked" and you could have multiple ship modules but it has been lost to time
Game had such a huge potential but it was absolutely wasted... Loved the shipbuilding untill I realised what exactly the limits were, which were easy to touch... Same with pretty much everything in the game, luckily I played it on gamepass.
I’ve been trying to figure out how to use my-class parts on Xbox and this video is by far the best at showing what how to do it. Im trying to use the other nova galactic habs. The one that uses the Cabot cockpit and the hab and engine that go with it. They all connect fine but once I start adding pieces past the “hab cone” I can’t seem to reconnect the large hab. I tried to explain it the best I could, my apologies
Now that the mod tools are out hopefully we'll get a full 1:1 recreation of the interior and exterior. Someday there's going to be an absolutely killer Star Wars total converstion full rpg using Starfield and it's going to be amazing.
I have tried this several times now I can attach the original colony booster but when I go to upgrade and switch to the launch booster I can't exit it tells me there's unresolved flight issues, could you possibly tell me if there's any mods you specifically have that are required to make this one thing work
It sounds like you do not have M-Class piloting unlocked, although you should have because the mod should have unlocked it. I take it that you are using TN's Class M (and Starborn Guardian) Ship Building?

Would like to see how this is made and if possible give a your of the inside. Made a M class ship on my Xbox that is 140 meters long with different habs and was gonna walk through to look around only to get stuck in an endless fall with my crew 😅

finally!! we're finally getting better organic shapes and design flows to rival other games that make these type of ships but AREN'T modular! these flip part mods make such a huge difference in creating so much more variety (and of course the Avontech parts are to be commended too!)
