Love your videos. Very educational. You guys do a great job of explaining and entertaining. Much props and respect. I'm wanting to purchase a mk5 and have learned so much from your channel. Thank you
HEYY!!! I genuinely want to know what your shop charges for this job. I can probably do it myself, given I have the appropriate materials but I'm hesitant since I don't have a lift and I've yet to work on any fuel system. But I will say, that after watching the entire video I realized a few things. 1) The job itself isn't extremely hard but i see it could take quite a bit of time depending on a couple factors. 2) The technician that was walking through the process along side Brenden mention he had the part specs saved (type of fitting, angle of fitting, and length, angle and rotation of hoses). With that being said, since I also have a mk 5 supra, the parts put on this 'supramk5' should also fit my car, wouldn't it? I do plan on putting the surge tank in the same place just to make it easy. I actually like the location y'all chose for it to go. Also, Does DymePSI have a kit ready to go specific to this car, like mentioned @6:25? (w/ ptfe, teflon, heat/fire sleeve, etc).. not the rattlesnake kit. I see this is a 2 year old video, would you still recommend this? I hope to hear back!! GREAT video, really loved how yall show every detail and talk in depth about what is happening. Hope to see yall post again sometime! I'm subscribing.
By the time you put a brake kit on this, which is REQUIRED for any driving with this thing, and a lsd, and all that why not buy a base i6? Maybe when they are big int he used market it will be worth it then.
