Posiblemente. Las reentradas posteriores no necesariamente lo descalifican de PIP. Sin embargo, si una persona fue deportada y posteriormente reingresada, eso podría descalificarlo de PIP. Consulte con un abogado o representante legal. ¡Gracias!
That's correct. You have to had been married on or before June 17 with a U.S. citizen. If you got married afterward, then you don't qualify. You could argue common law marriage (formed prior to June 17) but your state has to recognize it. If you think you might qualify through that angle, speak w/ a lawyer. Thanks for the question!
PIP are for those who entered w/o inspection or parole. If you entered w/ a visa, you're ineligible for PIP. C/D visa holders are generally ineligible for adjustment of status if they came in as crewmen. Its worth getting your case checked out to see if there was another designation when you entered, such as "in transit" to see if you might be eligible for adjustment. Consult with a lawyer. Mi amigo soy de Nicaragua también y te aconsejo que si vas renovar tu pasaporte lo hagas directamente con el consulado y que pidas citas ya que yo por apresurarme lo tramite a través de Panorama la oficina que está al lado del consulado de nicaragua en Miami desde Septiembre del 2023 y aún no llega . Solo es un consejo para que no te pase igual que a mi .

No. There's no permanent bar per se. But reentries could disqualify you if they had occurred after you were ordered deported. Also, if your reentries were recent and led to an apprehension, those could be problematic. Thank you for watching!
It’s disappointing USCIS did not help those with permanent bar. Most of these people went back to their home country voluntarily (to see their family, for example) after being in the US for more than a year, triggering the bar without even knowing. Could’ve helped at least to those people who did this 10+ years ago. Although PiP will help with work permits, not being able to apply for residency through spouses will still prevent them to travel outside the US. Isn’t there a process already in place to get parole and adjust status (to those meeting criteria with the exception of permanent bar) through US citizens? In this case this new program solves nothing to millions of people. What’s the point of PiP if you can only go halfway and not be able to adjust status?
Hi Randel, thanks for your comment. We appreciate thoughtful comments like yours. To be clear, so folks don't get the wrong idea, USCIS is not disqualifying someone from applying for PIP if they are subject to the permanent bar as it relates to an applicant's subsequent reentries after having been unlawfully present in the U.S., so long as they meet all the other basic criteria. So, in that sense, USCIS is helping individuals who are otherwise subject to the bar. Instead, USCIS chose to disqualify the other group subject to the permanent bar: those who have reentered the U.S. AFTER BEING DEPORTED under a deportation order. PIP is still a good option for those who have no other options under the law. It provides the basis for work authorization, which some or most feel it's better than nothing. I agree with your sentiment, that more needs to be done. Not since DACA in 2012, has there been any major updates aimed to help mixed-status families. Like you, we're tired of temporary fixes to an ever-present problem. The reality is that Congress needs to act and pass a permanent solution.

Si el programa no está bloqueado y está completamente implementado, y asumiendo que el programa existe en ese momento, USCIS puede decidir permitir renovaciones del permiso de permanencia temporal.
Quiza migracion no te ponga en proseso de deportacion pero si hay cambio de administracion quiza usen esa informacion para que si pongan en proseso de deportacion

The permanent bar does not apply per se with respect to multiple reentries in the past. HOWEVER, if any of those entries occurred after you had been ordered deported, then you're ineligible for PIP. A person's entry history is also relevant with respect to the question of whether the applicant has lived continuously for 10 years.
It also says that if you had a previous deportation and you are here you can’t apply but this parole would erase that bar by giving you a legal status which consequently would make you elegible to apply for adjustment of status. I don’t know who is writing these regulations but I don’t think president Biden’s intention was to keep these families apart. Otherwise the program should be name keeping SOME families together.
If you depart after being ordered deported or removed and reenter the U.S., you are not eligible. However, if you are currently in deportation proceedings, or were ordered deported but have not left, it is still possible to apply for PIP.
It says if you are in removal proceedings you may still qualify, if you are in that situación means you have committed a “crime according to immigration” that’s why they want you to leave, so why they are elegible for PIP and the other ones who didn’t apply (because it triggers a deportation) are not? This doesn’t have a sense.
