Hey brad, i have a question i never really knew. And the question is... taxes. How exactly do people who live like you, full time poker players earning their living by playing poker get taxed?
I encourage you to always insist in your vlogs that when 8 players have folded, and 2 players have suited cards, with 6 showing, I want EVERYONE to remember that ONLY your cards are from the suit, and the deck ALWAYS has all the other 7 cards of the suit. NEVER, EVER account any of the 16 discards, and 3 burns as part of the object suit. Those 19 cards, 35% of the deck ARE ONLY AND ALWAYS not your suit.
8:25 You probably already know this but for others: careful using the solver to judge your frequencies. It makes a ton of a assumptions about the opponent. Should only be a starting place to work backward from. Thanks for the content!
Ppl used to make fun of brand that he wasn’t good enough that he wouldn’t make it because he was always transparent about his financial situation well dreams do come true look at him few years later playing the biggest games making tons of money .. great job Brad true inspiration … u were the first poker blogger I started to watch
Congragulations brother on becoming a father, and on being the reason a lot of people love and got into poker RU-vid! You’re growing the game and we appreciate it very much, just got on the waitlist for the meet up game on the 26th, I’m very excited to meet you and hopefully get the chance at some Bradley dollars, pappasitos is the place I serve at in San Antonio, it’s a Tex mex restaurant and it’s right down the road from the lodge, I’d love to take care of you if you’d wanna stop by!
Have not taken to time to watch one of your blogs in awhile Brad. You absolutely crushed that session. I am glad your poker career is going well and to run like that in Bobby’s room is a poker players dream. That 7 2 bluff definitely was not the nuts, however you certainly do have a pair sick bluff Brad. Keep up the good work. Have fun and good luck on the felt.
I thought I was a decent poker player. Whenever I catch a local game, more often than not I walk out with more than I walked in with. Then I started watching your vlog and realized I don't know sh*t about the game 😆. Been kicking around the idea of hitting the casino and seeing if I could crank some profits, but seeing how a pro plays and all you're processing and considering during a hand... I don't think I'd have much of a chance heh.

Well I've been asked to expand my poker horizons to Texas and Vegas cash games. A company reached out to me after I won 3 out of 4 1100 tourneys I entered recently. So maybe down the road we will say Hi, I consider poker as a way to meet new people and keep me mentally sharp, plus for some odd reason numbers come easy to me, plus I can remember peoples run outs and bets on hands from days before or hours before, for some odd reason. Well it was awesome to watch you play and the thought process in each hand. Key to poker is not what you win, but limit your losses in bad runs. AKA, learn to walk away. Golden Rule: Treat people how you want to be treated.
