Some of the best team building is on the club. I was with two from my sports team in a club. I and another had won a city competition and the other lost in the final. The latter, a season ticket holder, spotted a star player celebrating Bradford City staying in the Premier League and was thrilled. I turned to my fellow rugby league fan and said "Lee Sharpe, who is he. He never won that", naming the thing we had won. He replied that he must have been the youngest, but I pointed out I had been a year younger. You cannot buy moments like that as a captain.
