150 mate, literally about to sell it. Got a bit fed up with the maintenance! She’s a brilliant bike though, EXT suspension with the Cascade link is a game changer for it too.
@matthewbarrett8859 no way, I've got a SB150 and the 160E, love both of them, such awesome bikes to ride. Ah ok, might be worth looking at as a future upgrade then 🤔
Yeah, DD tyres as a minimum plus inserts in Finale. It’s a brutal place on wheels. I recommend Rimpact. I run a pro in the rear and a standard in the front.
Trails look great. I’ve only been here once for a quick afternoon session so only done a few of the trails but I plan on returning and hopefully find some of the other trials in your video.
Yeah, basically. Some if the tracks are hard to find though. Usually loads of bikers on the hill so ask around. Strava heatmaps as well… they are black going on double black in places mind, so just be prepared.
@matthewbarrett8859 don't worry I like to send stuff anyway joining one of my friends later anyway but for now solo ride take it slow and warm up but thanks yeah 👌🏻
Hi Matt. I am writing to you from Valencia, Spain. I love your videos of Finale Ligure, they are amazing. I have subscribed to your channel, it is very nice. I see you know the area well and I need help. Could you provide me with information about the companies that offer accommodation and ski lifts + guides in the area? My friends, we want to take a trip this summer and we need advice from a good mtb rider. We are around 8 people. I appreciate any information possible, thank you very much Matt. All the best.
These trails look amazing. Way better than any of the main runs. Did you have a guide? If so, who did you use? Makes me think about going back to Finale. Not something I'd have considered without seeing your videos:-).
We did the same route the other week. Rollercoaster, Martina and Cacciatore. But the trails were in mint conditions. Please keep posting such nice videos!
Hey, we did and I can 100% recommend. We used Louise Paulin from Just Ride Finale. She’s the best guide in Finale in our opinion. Www.justridefinale.com
@@matthewbarrett8859 Oh... thanks a lot! Your opinion is very important for me, because I had no idea. I have seen that also a german MTB school near me also offer a complete 7day holiday with hotel, guide, shuttle and lessons. But I now the german lifestyle, and... no! In italy I want to be italian like my parents without clock and timeline ;)
Nice video. We have been there the same day, think we climbed to the trailhead together. Great fun to see your video, as we rode exact the same trails but not at the same speed.
